Chess Valley Venison is a family-run business born from a deep connection to the Chiltern Hills and over twenty years of hands-on land management. Working closely with local estates and landowners, we source only wild deer from the Chess Valley and its surrounding countryside.
Every animal is carefully stalked and humanely dispatched by qualified, experienced deer managers. The meat is then hand-prepared with skill and respect — ensuring you receive venison of exceptional quality, with full traceability from hill to grill.
